Jack Obert has been named the Conference of New England (CNE) Baseball Player of the Week.
The Plymouth, Massachusetts native batted .429 with nine hits, seven runs, four home runs, and 10 RBI over five games for the Wildcats last week.
Obert drove in multiple runs in four of his five outings, highlighted by a four-RBI effort against Marietta on March 13. He collected three hits – including a double and a home run – at Tufts on March 11 and drove in his 100th career run against Ursinus this past Saturday.
On the season, Obert is batting .348 with a .439 OBP, four home runs and 12 RBI.
The Wildcats are slated to face Rhode Island College on Thursday and WPI on Saturday.
