The Open Mat Team Dual Rankings (January 15).
The Wildcats have seven student-athletes in the national rankings:
- Senior Joziah Fry (125 lbs.): No. 1 with a 29-0 record (4-0 last week)
- Freshman Peyton Ellis (133 lbs.): No. 3 with a 18-1 record (4-0 last week)
- Junior Cameron Soda (141 lbs.): No. 3 with a 20-2 record (2-0 last week)
- Senior Hayden Brown (157 lbs.): No. 2 with a 20-1 record (4-0 last week)
- Sophomore Jack Richardson (165 lbs.): No. 4 with a 19-4 record (3-1 last week)
- Graduate student Dylan Harr (197 lbs.): No. 11 with a 7-3 record (1-3 last week)
- Junior Adolfo Betancur (285 lbs.): No. 11 with a 15-5 record (2-1 last week)
JWU returns to action on January 18 whey they head to Bristol, Rhode Island to meet Roger Williams, Trinity (CT), and WPI.
