Jack Richardson and freshman
Nico Rivera were each named to the New England Wrestling Association (NEWA) First Team. Rivera was also named NEWA Rookie of the Year.
Richardson wrapped the 2025-26 season
No. 5 at 165 lbs in The Open Mat rankings. The Danielson, Connecticut went 4-2 at the NCAA Division III Wrestling National Championship March 13-14 and finished the season with a 31-4 record. His biggest win at nationals was a 1-0 triumph over top-seeded Clayton McDonough (Luther) in the blood round.
Rivera closed his first year of collegiate competition with a 34-7 record and a
No. 6 ranking. The Schenectady, New York native went 4-2 at nationals, including a win over No. 6 Matt Griffin (TCNJ), and earned All-America honors with a sixth-place finish.
Graduate student
Thomas DiResta (157 lbs.) was named to the NEWA Second Team. The Kings Park, New York native went 1-2 at nationals and closed the season
No. 19 in the rankings. He posted a 16-5 mark this past season.

A former All-America selection, Wisniewski went 7-6 this past season and place fifth at NCAA Regionals. Betancur – who was an All-American in 2025 – finished his senior campaign with a 14-9 record and a fourth-place finish at regionals.
Fernandez (24-14), Miller (25-10), and Spahn (21-12) all placed fifth at NCAA Regionals. Soleau, meanwhile, earned NEWA Rookie of the Week honors in December and posted a 28-6 record; he also placed second at the Wildcat Open.
