Box Score NEWTON, Mass. – The Johnson & Wales University women's lacrosse team continues to pile up goals in conference play. On Saturday, the Wildcats defeated the Lasers of Lasell College, 21-15.

Of Note:
The opening 18 minutes of the first half was back and forth affair. Dani Lydecker and Maria Patane scored twice to get JWU out to a 6-3 lead.
Lasell scored a pair of goals to get within 6-4, but the Wildcats responded with a 6-0 run. The Lasers were able to get two goals back to make the score 12-7 in the Wildcats' favor heading into halftime.
JWU opened the second half with a pair of goals and extended the lead to as many as 20-12 on Marley Medina's second goal.
Allison Pazienski scored five of her career-high eight goals in the second half. Patane added six goals and three assists.
The Wildcats had a 48-28 advantage in shots and picked up 21 ground balls compared to 13 by the hosts.
