Cassie Burke each scored five goals for the JWU (Providence) women's lacrosse team to a 24-7 win over Gordon College Thursday night in Conference of New England (CNE) action at the Scotts Miracle-Gro Athletic Complex.

Addison Stratton threw in three goals each to extend the Wildcats (5-5, 4-2 CNE) win streak to four.

Susannah Brown added a pair of goals and first-year
Giovanna Gulinello handed out two assists for a JWU squad which led 7-0 less than five minutes into the contest. The Wildcats outshot the Fighting Scots (0-10, 0-6 CNE) by a 46-10 margin.
Burke won a team-high eight draw controls while Mayers led the Wildcats in both ground balls (six) and caused turnovers (three). First-year
