Track & Field participates in NCAA Northeast Regionals

NEW LONDON, Conn. – The JWU (Providence) women's track & field team sent eight student-athletes to compete at the 2025 NCAA Division III Northeast Regional on March 2-3.

Junior Katelyn O'Brien placed ninth in the javelin (11.35m). The 4x100m relay team of sophomore Ayevah Marinez and Fallon Preble, along with freshmen Melissa Charles and Maddie Plante, finished in 17th place (51.06).

Sophomore Lulani Haslinger (3000m steeplechase) and freshman Caroline Carter (10,000m run) did not finish their events. Sophomore Erika Sanders (discus) fouled and did not score.
