Women's Lacrosse places seven on GNAC All-Conference Teams

WINTHROP, Mass. – Seniors Madeleine Gould and Emma Glyman were named Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Women's Lacrosse Player and Goalkeeper of the Year, respectively, and headlined the list of seven JWU (Providence) student-athletes honored by the conference.

Gould – who, along with Glyman, was named to the GNAC First Team – led the conference with 101 points on 73 goals (No. 2 in GNAC) and 28 assists (t-No. 6 in GNAC). The Oakdale, Connecticut native picked up 13 hat tricks in 2025 and scored a season-high seven goals against Simmons on March 8. Gould graduated No. 1 in both assists (108) and points (346) in program history, and No. 2 in goals (238).

Glyman owns every major goalie record at JWU, including wins (52), save pct. (.527), goals against average (7.53), and saves (562). This past season, the Tolland, Connecticut native posted a school-record .717 GAA to go with a 13-5 record and a .524 save pct. Glyman tallied a season-high 16 saves against Worcester State on March 26 and recorded her first collegiate shutout against Albertus Magnus on Senior Day on April 19.

Junior Fara Holland was the third Wildcats named to the First Team as she tied for the team lead in caused turnovers (24) while collecting 30 ground balls in 18 starts. The Philadelphia, Pennsylvania native caused a season-high four turnovers in a win over Regis (MA) on April 5 and three against both Emmanuel (MA) (April 2) and St. Joseph's (ME) (April 22).

A native of Danbury, Connecticut, junior Mila Kuilan received the first all-conference award of her career as she was named to the GNAC Second Team. She finished second on the team in both goals (51) and points (59), notching a season-high eight (7-1-8) against Elms on April 8. Kuilan finished 2025 with six hat tricks, netting six goals against both Lasell (March 29) and Dean (April 16).

Kuilan was joined on the Second Team by senior Isabella Nugent, who broke the program-record for draw controls this past season with 290. Nugent finished fourth on JWU in scoring with 41 points (29-12-41) and finished third in the GNAC with 94 draw controls. Offensively, the Virginia Beach, Virginia native collected four hat tricks in 2025 – including a three-goal, five-point effort in the GNAC Championship against Emmanuel (MA) on May 3 – and won a season-high 15 draw controls against the Falcons on April 19.

Senior Neely Connor earned a spot on the GNAC Third Team after setting career-highs in goals (37), assists (18), points (55), ground balls (87), and draw controls (66). The Kennebunk, Maine native scored a season-high five goals against the Blazers (April 8) and finished 10 games with five-or-more ground balls, including nine against Mitchell (March 1). Connor graduates No. 1 in program history with 209 career ground balls.

Sophomore Alexa Pizzulli was named to the GNAC Sportsmanship Team for the second-consecutive season. The Matawan, New Jersey native appeared in 17 games for head coach Olivia Duarte and filled the stat sheet with 15 ground balls, five caused turnovers, and two goals.

The Wildcats finished the 2025 campaign with a 13-5 record (9-2 GNAC) and advanced to the conference championship game, where they fell to the Saints 15-12.
