Veits, Haslinger star at Crimson Open

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The JWU (Providence) women's track & field team competed at the Harvard Crimson Elite & Open on Saturday, February 8 at the Gordon Indoor Track.

Sophomore Lulani Haslinger competed in the first 3000m run of her collegiate career and placed sixth, giving her the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) lead in the event by 23 seconds.

Classmate Riley Veits placed 11th in the pole vault with a new personal record of 2.65m.
