Sophia Iovino tallied her first goal of the season to lift the JWU (Providence) women's soccer team to its first-ever Conference of New England (CNE) win, a 4-0 shutout of Nichols College Friday afternoon at the Nichols Soccer Field.

Emma Potter, each notched their first collegiate goals for the Wildcats, who outshot the Bison 26-7 en route to evening their record at 2-2-1.
Iovino opened the scoring 10:52 into the match before Casavant doubled the JWU lead with a goal off a feed from sophomore
Marisa Krosky. In the second half, markers from Leahy and Potter 3:16 apart capped the scoring.

Ava Vaughan registered four saves to pick up her first shutout of 2025 and the second of her career.
