PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Sophomore
Hannah Geil scored her first collegiate goal 3:26 into overtime to lift the JWU (Providence) field hockey team to a 3-2 win over Plymouth State University Tuesday afternoon in non-conference field hockey action at the Scotts Miracle-Gro Athletic Complex.

Megan Salsinha added a pair of assists for the Wildcats, who rallied from a 2-0 second-quarter deficit to secure their fifth win of the season. Sophomore

Ava Gaudette also scored for JWU in a game which saw the home team outshoot the Panthers 25-4.
Millett's second goal of the season 10 minutes into the second quarter off a pass from Salsinha cut the JWU deficit in half at 2-1. In the third, Gaudette potted her first collegiate goal with a shot from the right side to tie the contest at two. Senior

Ava Pontes were credited with assists on the goal.
In the seven-on-seven OT, Salsinha fed Geil near the top of the circle, and she let go of a shot that deflected off the stick of a PSU student-athlete and over the goalkeeper into the net.
JWU finished the evening outshooting the Panthers 18-1 over the final 48:26 of the contest. Sophomore
