Women's lacrosse runs win streak to seven with 18-4 win over Elms

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Sophomore Izzy Babb scored a career-high five goals in an 18-4 win for the JWU (Providence) women's lacrosse team over Elms College Tuesday afternoon in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action at the Scotts Miracle-Gro Athletic Complex.

Junior Neely Connor added four goals and 10 ground balls for the Wildcats, who ran their win streak to seven and improved to 8-3 on the season (6-0 GNAC). Junior Madeleine Gould racked up six points on three goals and three assists while classmates Isabella Nugent and Mila Kuilan each scored three times.

JWU outshot the Blazers 31-10 and won 17-of-25 draw controls, including nine from Nugent and six by Gould. Junior goalie Emma Glyman notched eight saves for her eighth win of the season.
