Sean Duke posted 12 points and nine boards for the JWU (Providence) men's basketball team in a 91-74 loss to Westfield State Tuesday night in non-conference action at the Wildcat Center.

Izaiah Shaw-Glen led the Wildcats (2-4) with a team-high 19 points and also snared nine boards while freshman
Azariah Harrison knocked down a pair of triples and finished with a career-high 12 points off the bench.
The Owls opened up a 48-31 halftime lead by scoring 25 points in the paint and forcing 11 turnovers through the first 20 minutes. The Wildcats were led by Shaw-Glen with 10 points and seven boards while Duke had seven points and six rebounds.
The visitors scored 13 of the first 20 second-half points to extend their lead to 23 at 61-38 six minutes in. Five points off the bench from Harrison sparked a 15-3 JWU run that brought it to within 11 points (64-53) with 11 minutes and change on the clock. Westfield State (8-3) – which finished the night shooting 47 percent – responded with a 12-0 run of its own over the next two-and-a-half minutes to regain a 23-point advantage.
The contest was marred by 47 fouls leading to a total of 65 combined free throw attempts; JWU finished 23-of-34 from the charity stripe (68 percent) and the Owls connected on 19-of-31 (61 percent). The Wildcats shot 39 percent and were outrebounded 48-39.
