Ryan Walsh scored his first collegiate goal for the JWU (Providence) men's ice hockey team in a 5-2 loss to Wentworth Friday night in Conference of New England (CNE) action at Lynch Arena.

Luke Gaffney all picked up assists for JWU, which was outshot 32-29.
The Wildcats opened the scoring 2:07 into the first with a slapshot from the left point. Later in the stanza, Bone's wrister eluded WIT goaltender Jack McGovern for his first of the season to put them up by one at the end of the first.
The Leopards outshot the home team 15-10 in the second and scored twice to move in front 3-2. They tacked on two more in the third on a pair of JWU miscues to improve to 3-2-0 on the season (2-1-0 CNE).
