Corsairs send Wildcats home with 3-0 loss

NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass. – The JWU (Providence) women's volleyball team suffered a 3-0 setback at the hands of UMass Dartmouth Friday night in non-conference action at the Tripp Athletic Center. The Corsairs won 25-23, 25-11, and 25-17.

Graduate student Peyton Oliver tallied a team-high nine kills to go with five digs and a pair of blocks as JWU moved to 14-11 with the loss. Freshman Nevaeh Arnold notched 12 assists, six kills and six digs, and finished the contest with a .313 hitting pct.

Freshman Finleigh Benkwitt tallied five kills for JWU while junior Sierra Nausieda registered 10 digs, freshman Sophia Diphilippo collected 13 assists and seven digs, and freshman Skylar Winchester racked up nine digs and three kills.
