Jonah Phang filled the stat sheet with 15 rebounds, seven points, and five blocks in JWU-Providence's 67-62 loss to Mitchell College Saturday afternoon in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) men's basketball action at the Wildcat Center.

Aireus Raspberry scored a game-high 28 points – 19 of which came in the first half – to go with seven rebounds in 40 minutes of action. Senior
Sean Duke chipped in with nine points as JWU shot 37 percent from the field and went 17-of-23 from the line (74 percent).
The Wildcats canned 54 percent of their first-half field goal attempts and led by seven at the break (39-32). They held the lead until Jaylyn Clardy knocked down a three-pointer with1:35 remaining to tie the game at 58.
Following a jumper from Raspberry that put the Wildcats back in front 60-58, Elijah Miller connected from downtown with 41 seconds on the clock to give the Mariners a 61-60 advantage. JWU turned the ball over on its next possession and Mitchell went 6-for-6 from the line in the final 21 seconds to secure the win.
The Mariners held JWU to 24 percent shooting in the second half and forced 16 turnovers which they turned into 11 points. Causey Hilton led the Mariners with 16 points.
