Sophia Warburton scored a pair of goals in JWU-Providence's 4-0 win over Mitchell College Wednesday afternoon in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (
GNAC) action at the Scotts Miracle-Gro Athletic Complex.

Emily DeRoehn also scored for the Wildcats (7-1-3, 7-0-0 GNAC), who outshot the Mariners 37-0. Juniors
Skyla Landry and
Katherine Dufour assisted on Warburton's fourth and fifth goals of the season, respectively, and classmate
Leah Bragaw was credited with her second shutout of the season.
Following a scoreless first half which saw JWU outshoot the visitors 12-0, Warburton potted goals at 57:22 and 71:58 to give the Wildcats a 2-0 lead. DeRoehn converted a penalty kick at 77:56 to push the lead to 3-0 before Capezza capped the scoring with her second marker of 2023 at 76:07.
