Margaret Johnson racked up a goal and two assists in
JWU-Providence's 4-0 win over
Rivier University in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (
GNAC) field hockey action Saturday afternoon at Merrill Field.

Ava Pontes also tallied goals for JWU, which has outscored opponents 38-1 thus far in 2023.
Freeman scored the only goal the Wildcats would need just 57 seconds into the contest. Ward doubled the JWU lead less than two minutes later before goals from Pontes and Johnson 1:33 apart in the fourth quarter capped the scoring.
