BOSTON, Mass. – Junior Brent Rickett scored six goals in Johnson & Wales (RI) University's 13-6 loss at Emmanuel (MA) College Saturday afternoon in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action at Clemente Field.

Sophomore Jackson Vecchio picked up three points on a goal and two assists while senior Andrew Vasile also found the back of the net for the Wildcats (8-2, 4-1 GNAC), who saw their six-game win streak snapped. JWU was outshot 45-35 by the Saints (9-3, 7-0 GNAC).

The Wildcats trailed 6-2 at halftime but goals by Vasile at Rickett in the opening 3:43 of the second half brought the visitors within two. The Saints went on to score seven of the final nine goals of the contest to secure the win.

Sophomore Trent Madigan was credited with 13 saves for JWU, which saw senior Mike Catuosco collect 20 ground balls (19-of-23 face-offs) and cause four turnovers.
