PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Graduate student Joe McIntyre scored a pair of goals in Johnson & Wales (RI) University's 19-6 loss to Rivier University in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) men's lacrosse action Saturday afternoon at the Scotts Miracle-Gro Athletic Complex.

Senior Andrew Vasile and sophomore Donny McInnis each collected a goal and an assist for the Wildcats (10-3, 5-2 GNAC), who also received 11 ground balls and three caused turnovers from senior Mike Catuosco and five ground balls from junior Andrew Carroll.

The Raiders – who outshot the Wildcats 46-32 – scored 10 of the first 11 goals of the contest. Sophomore Trent Madison finished with 10 saves for JWU.
