PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The JWU-Providence men's basketball team was defeated by Connecticut College 67-37 Monday night in non-conference action at the Wildcat Center.

Ammiel Mumford filled the stat sheet with five points, five boards, and three blocks.
JWU struggled against a strong Camels zone defense and finished the night shooting 26 percent from the field. The Wildcats – who trailed by 20 at the break (32-12) – committed 20 turnovers which led to 22 CC points.
Connecticut College knocked down 35 percent of its field goal attempts.
