HARTFORD, Conn. – The JWU-Providence women's soccer team was defeated by Trinity (CT) College 2-0 Sunday afternoon in non-conference action at the Trinity Soccer Field.

Angelina Carrion led the Wildcats (12-2-3) with three shots. Junior netminder
Carly McCrumb pitched a shutout through the first 45 minutes before allowing two goals in a span of seven minutes in the second half, and suffered her second defeat of 2023.
The Bantams (7-3-3) outshot the Wildcats 14-9 and received two goals from Elena Lindonen in the victory.
