CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Johnson & Wales (RI) University field hockey team suffered its first setback of the 2022 season with a 4-1 defeat at MIT Monday evening in non-conference action at Jack Barry Field.
Freshman Zofia Bangs scored her seventh goal of the season for the Wildcats (15-1), who were outshot 28-5 on the night. Senior Madison Flaxington made a season-high 13 saves for JWU, which closed its regular season Wednesday at Anna Maria.
