Will Zukauskas enters his third season as the Facilities & Operations Manager at JWU (Providence) in the Fall of 2026. He currently oversees the athletic facilities and runs gameday operations, where he supervises approximately 25 student workers. Â
Zukauskas came to JWU from Salve Regina University, where he spent a year as the head equipment manager. He oversaw the equipment needs of 18 Division III programs, including ordering, organization, and distribution. Zukauskas also assisted with game management responsibilities and supervised a group of work-study students in the athletic department.
Zukauskas made previous stops at both William & Mary (2021-22) and Stevens Institute of Technology (2022-23) before landing in Newport. He broke into collegiate athletics working for the W&M football program, where he maintained the inventory of all football equipment and oversaw both distribution and repair. Zukauskas then worked with 23 Division III programs at Stevens, executing all equipment operations, laundry services, and apparel ordering.
A 2013 graduate of Endicott College, Zukauskas is a part-time hockey official and former lacrosse and football coach at both the high school and collegiate level. He went on to receive his master’s degree Higher Education Personnel Administration from Kaplan University in 2015.
