Noel Parker begins his second season as an assistant coach with the JWU (Providence) men’s ice hockey team in 2026-27.
This past season, the Wildcats qualified for the Conference of New England (CNE) playoffs after posting the team’s highest win total in nearly a decade the season prior. A total of 17 student-athletes garnered a spot on the CNE Academic All-Conference Team, two student-athletes (Connor Nelson and Jake Inzirillo) were named to the CNE Second Team, and the squad posted a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.55 – tops amongst men’s programs at JWU.
A native of St. Paul, Minnesota, Parker appeared in 51 games over three seasons with the Wildcats, registering 14 points on two goals and 12 assists. His best season came as a senior in 2024-25, when he tallied nine points (2-9-11). Parker is a two-time New England Hockey Conference (NEHC) All-Academic Team.
