Nicole Henrique begins her first season as an Athletics Administrative Coordinator at JWU (Providence), where she will assist with all team-related needs and support the administration.

Henrique comes to JWU from following five years as an athletics administrative assistant at Durfee High School, where her duties included transportation, scheduling, managing rosters, game administration.

Henrique has spent the past 12 years as the head coach of Durfee’s field hockey program and was named Division 1 Coach of the Year by both the Boston Globe and Fall River Herald News in 2022. Additionally, she served as an assistant softball coach at Case H.S. in Swansea, Massachusetts, helping them advance to numerous Elite 8 and Final Four appearances over the past six years. Case won the Division 4 State Championship in both 2023 and 2024.

A 2012 graduate of Bridgewater State University with a degree in criminal justice, Henrique was a two-year member of the Franklin Pierce field hockey program (2008-09) – which competed at the Division II level – before completing her collegiate career at BSU (2010-11).
