Matthew Danfelser begins his second season as a member of the JWU (Providence) cross country and track & field coaching staff in 20250-26.
 
In his first season in Providence, the Wildcats captured the 2025 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GAC) Outdoor Track & Field Championship, placed second at the indoor championship, and third at the cross country championship.
 
A total of 29 student-athletes garnered all-conference recognition during the 2024-25 season, including Lulani Haslinger, who was named both Indoor & Outdoor Runner and Rookie of the Year.
