Bill Bernard has been a staple of the JWU women’s basketball program for many years, none of which were more memorable than the 2024-25 campaign.
The Wildcats finished that season with a 23-3 record and the No. 1 seed in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tournament. Four student-athletes – Grace Jaffray, Isabella Suero, and Brianne Foley – all garnered all-conference honors with Jaffray garnering both GNAC Rookie of the Year and D3hoops.com Region 1 Rookie of the Year honors. Suero, meanwhile, let the nation with 99 triples while JWU as a whole led all of Division III with 282 three-pointers.
