On a day-to-day basis, you'll find the wrestlers on the nationally-ranked Johnson & Wales wrestling team in the Xavier Academic Building in the wrestling practice room. Located on the Downcity campus, The room features two full wrestling mats along with cardio and strength training equipment. A locker room with showers and restrooms is located just off the mat. In 2019 the mats were replaced with state of the art material and new graphics were added to recognize JWU's long history of national and regional excellence.Â
