Izzy Paes scored her second goal of the season for the JWU (Providence) field hockey team in a 1-0 win at Salve Regina University Wednesday night in non-conference action at Gaudet Field.

Sophia Brea tallied 12 saves as the Wildcats were outshot 23-10 on the evening and surrendered 11 penalty corners. Paes, meanwhile, broke a scoreless tie 8:51 into the second half to push JWU to 3-0 on the season for the third time in program history (2022-23).
