PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The JWU (Providence) men's soccer team was upended by Gordon College 2-0 in Conference of New England (CNE) action Monday night at a wet Scotts Miracle-Gro Athletic Complex.
The Wildcats (2-1-5, 1-1-1 CNE) outshot the Fighting Scots 18-12 – including 13-4 over the final 45 minutes – but were unable to overcome to early goals from the visitors.
Luke Lindas scored both goals for Gordon, the first coming 10:35 into the match before he added another at 23:03.
