SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. – The JWU (Providence) women's volleyball team improved to 6-2 on the season with a 3-0 win at Mount Holyoke College Friday night in non-conference action at Mildred S. Howard Gymnasium. The Wildcats won 25-15, 25-18, 25-18.
First-year
Jordan Brinkley paced the Wildcats with nine kills (.318 hitting pct.), nine digs and four aces while junior
Nevaeh Arnold registered eight kills and seven digs. Sophomore
Trinity Ricevuto, meanwhile, racked up her fourth double-digit dig effort of the season with 15 to go with seven kills.
First-year
Emma Rivera Fernandez also put forth a strong defensive effort as she notched 15 digs. Sophomore
Brooke Caquelin filled the stat sheet with a team-high four blocks, six kills and four digs, and first-year
Riley Matuszak handed out 15 assists.
