Mayers nets two goals in loss to Gulls

BEVERLY, Mass. – First-year Sidney Mayers scored twice and classmate Addison Stratton went for a goal and an assist for the JWU (Providence) women's lacrosse team in a 21-5 loss to Endicott College Wednesday night in Conference of New England (CNE) action at Hempstead Stadium.

Senior Mila Kuilan and first-year Keira Donegan also found the back of the net for the Wildcats (6-6, 4-3 CNE). First-year Riley Shepley collected an assist while Donegan won four draw controls and junior Alyssa Morrison led all field players with two ground balls.

First-year Carley Cook got the start in goal and made 10 saves to go with five ground balls.
