BRISTOL, R.I. – Sophomore
Jacob Tresser scored a pair of goals in the season finale for the JWU (Providence) men's lacrosse team, which fell to Roger Williams 15-5 Wednesday night in Conference of New England (CNE) action at Bayside Field.
Junior
Jack Davis added a goal and an assist for the Wildcats, who finish the season 4-9 (3-6 CNE). Sophomore
Matthew Bancroft and freshman
Nate Cowell also netted goals while senior
Thomas Haggerty and freshman
Eddie Stradowski each picked up an assist.
Davis finished with a team-leading five ground balls and Haggerty went 7-of-17 at the X.
The Hawks outshot JWU by a slim 32-29 edge.
