Alex Spada each scored twice for the JWU (Providence) men's lacrosse team in a 12-4 loss to Western New England University Tuesday night in Conference of New England (CNE) action at Golden Bear Stadium.
Sophomore
Jacob Tresser added two assists for the Wildcats (3-8, 2-5 CNE) while junior
Jack Donnelly racked up six ground balls and classmate
Jake Inzirillo tallied five.
The Golden Bears (10-5, 7-0 CNE) outshot the visitors 48-28 and saw nine different student-athletes register at least one point. They scored nine of the first 10 goals of the contest and their lead never dipped below six in the second half.
Junior
Ethan Moshier got the start in goal for JWU and recorded four saves in defeat. Classmate
Cameron Courchesne came on in relief in the second and stopped six shots.
