BEVERLY, Mass. – JWU (Providence) freshman Riley Shepley has been named the Conference of New England (CNE) Women's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week for the second time this season.

The San Diego, California native collected 13 points (8-5-13) in two games last week for the Wildcats. The week was highlighted by an eight-goal, four-assist effort in a 22-3 win over Curry on Senior Day.

Shepley has seven hat tricks thus far in 2026 and leads the Wildcats in goals (38), assists (24), and points (62).

JWU (7-6, 5-3 CNE) travels to Springfield, Massachusetts on Tuesday for a 5:30 p.m. contest at Western New England.
