Kylie O'Keefe scored her team-leading sixth goal of the season on the power play for the JWU (Providence) women's ice hockey team in a 2-1 loss to the University of New England Saturday afternoon in Conference of New England (CNE) action at Harold Alfond Forum.

Annalise MacPhee set up the Wildcats goal, which came on the power play with 25 seconds remaining in the first and tied the game at one. The Nor'easters (9-11-0, 5-8-0 CNE) scored the eventual game-winner at 7:00 of the third.

Jaelynn Bucinell recorded 25 saves between the pipes in her second collegiate outing for JWU (9-9-1, 6-6-1 CNE). Junior
Brynn Leahy paced the visitors with four shots while MacPhee was credited with three blocked shots and sophomore
Marissa Lafferty won 11-of-19 face-offs.
