West Hartford, Conn. – The JWU (Providence) wrestling team secured wins over TRI (CT) (44-6) and WPI (37-3) Saturday on the campus of Trinity College in Connecticut.

Juniors Jack Richardson (165 lbs.) and Mark Lattimore (174 lbs.) each went 2-0 on the day; Richardson picked up two wins via tech fall while Lattimore secured a 19-3 tech fall win over the Bantams and a 10-6 decision over the Engineers.

Freshman Nico Rivera (125 lbs.) also notched two wins, one via tech fall against WPI (21-5) and another by an 8-6 decision over Trinity. Classmate Brayden Soleau was an 16-6 major decision winner at 285 lbs. against the Engineers and an 11-4 winner against the Bantams.
