Rams deal Wildcats 3-1 loss in CNE action

BOSTON, Mass. – The JWU (Providence) women's volleyball dropped a 3-1 decision at Suffolk University Wednesday night in Conference of New England (CNE) action at Larry E. Smith and Michael S. Smith Court. The Wildcats fell 25-22, 20-25, 25-24, 28-26.

Sophomore Nevaeh Arnold racked up 10 kills to help pace the Wildcats) offense, along with senior Katelyn O'Brien and sophomore Bailey Koopman, who each collected seven. JWU recorded 12 service aces on the night, highlighted by four from Arnold and three from freshman Sophia Santacroce.

Defensively, senior Sierra Nausieda picked 26 digs and freshman Trinity Ricevuto notched 16 of her own.  Arnold, meanwhile, finished with a team-high five blocks (one solo) while senior Ajie Jagne was credited with four (one solo).

Santacroce filled the stat sheet with 28 assists, eight digs, and three kills to go with her three aces.
