NEW LONDON, Conn. – The JWU (Providence) women's volleyball team knocked off DeSales 3-0 before dropping a 3-0 decision to Coast Guard Saturday afternoon in a tri-match at Roland Gymnasium.

Wildcats 3, Bulldogs 0 (25-20, 25-18, 25-21)
Senior Ajie Jagne and sophomore Nevaeh Arnold paced the Wildcats with nine kills apiece while freshman Vivi Mansfield filled the stat sheet with eight kills (.438 hitting pct.), five digs, and two blocks. Senior Sierra Nausieda racked up 20 digs and two assists, sophomore Sophia Santacroce handed out 29 assists and collected five digs, and sophomore Bailey Koopman went for six kills, three blocks, and a pair of digs.

Bears 3, Wildcats 0 (25-11, 25-20, 25-23)
Mansfield down a team-high 13 kills while freshman Brooke Caquelin picked up five kills and seven digs, and Arnold notched three kills and three digs. Nausieda registered 24 digs and sophomore Sophia Diphilippo had a team-high 12 assists.
