PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The JWU (Providence) women's lacrosse team was dealt an 18-7 loss by Westfield State Tuesday night in non-conference action at the Scotts Miracle-Gro Athletic Complex.

Seniors Neely Connor and Madeleine Gould, along with junior Izzy Babb, all scored twice for the Wildcats while junior Mila Kuilan registered a goal and an assist. Senior Isabella Nugent won six draw controls while Gould tallied four, and senior goalie Emma Glyman recorded 10 saves.

The Owls held a 5-2 lead after one which grew to 11-4 at halftime before scoring outscoring JWU 4-1 in the third to open up a 15-5 lead heading to the fourth. The Wildcats wrapped the game with goals from Gould and Kuilan in the final 1:53.
