Hawks defeat Wildcats in four sets

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Freshman Skylar Winchester notched eight kills and 10 digs for the JWU (Providence) women's volleyball team in a 3-1 loss to Roger Williams University Wednesday night in non-conference action at the Wildcat Center.

Graduate student Peyton Oliver and freshman Nevaeh Arnold each threw down 10 kills for the Wildcats while junior Ajie Jagne picked up eight to go with three blocks and junior Sierra Nausieda led JWU with 16 digs.

 The Hawks (3-0) rallied back to win the final three sets by scores of 25-21, 29-27, and 25-18.

Diphilippo handed out 22 assists while classmate Olivia Immel dished out 13 for the Wildcats.
