WENHAM, Mass. – The JWU (Providence) men's lacrosse team raced out to a 4-1 first-quarter lead and never looked back in a 10-5 win at Gordon College Wednesday afternoon in non-conference action at the Brigham Complex.

Mike Catuosco go 14-of-18 on face-offs and collect 11 ground balls.

Chris April turned aside 25 shots as the Wildcats were outshot 46-29 on the afternoon. The visitors led 6-3 at the break before scoring three of the first four goals in the second half to open up a 9-4 lead on the Fighting Scots.
