Jake Inzirillo tallied a career-high 59 saves for the JWU (Providence) men's ice hockey team in a 4-1 win at Anna Maria Friday night in non-conference action at Horgan Ice Arena.

Chris Alexander also lit the lamp for the Wildcats, who closed out the first half with more wins than they accumulated during the 2023-24 campaign. JWU scored a pair of even strength goals to go with a power-play marker and a shorthanded tally.
Hennessy and Fennell scored a pair of unassisted goals in the first period to send the Wildcats to the locker room up a pair. They stretched their lead to 3-0 early in the third on a PP marker from Alexander and Hennessy's second of the contest at 18:56 sealed the win.
JWU killed off all six AMCat power play opportunities and received three blocked shots from senior defenseman
