PAXTON, Mass. – The JWU (Providence) field hockey team ran its win streak to 12 with a 7-0 win at Anna Maria College Tuesday evening in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action.

Junior Zofia Bangs scored a pair of goals for the Wildcats, who improved to 13-3 overall and remained unbeaten in conference play at 10-0. JWU outshot the visitors 31-2 and did not allow a penalty corner while taking 15 of its own.

Senior Darian Shepherd, juniors Caitlin Quinn and Emma Ferrara, and sophomores Ava Pontes and Elaina Fseisi all found the back of the cage as eight different student-athletes registered a point, including Shepherd and Ferrara, who each picked up an assist to go alongside their goals.
