Game Recap: Women's Ice Hockey |

JWU clipped by USM, 1-0

BRUNSWICK, Maine – The JWU-Providence women's ice hockey team dropped a 1-0 decision to the University of Southern Maine Saturday afternoon in New England Hockey Conference (NEHC) action at the USM Arena.

Senior netminder Leah White stopped 31 of 32 shots for the Wildcats, who were outshot 32-21. Sophomore Allyson Barry led all JWU student-athletes with six shots while classmate Zoe Tow won 9-of-13 face-offs.

The Huskies scored the only goal of the game at 18:04 of the first when Saige Macleod scored an unassisted marker.
