Brent Rickett scored his second goal of the season in JWU-Providence's 3-3 tie with New England College Friday night in New England Hockey Conference (NEHC) men's hockey action at Lee Clement Arena.

Jaxon Friedman stopped 36 shots.
Rickett's marker tied the game at one just 1:06 after NEC opened the scoring. Doyle's seventh goal of the season at 18:44 of the second sent JWU to the locker room with a 2-1 lead after 40 minutes of action before Dennehy made it a two-goal lead 3:41 into the third.
NEC cut its deficit to one with a PP goal at 8:42, then tied the game with 1:03 remaining in regulation with the man advantage. It finished the night 2-for-7 on the PP while JWU failed to covert on four chances.
