PAXTON, Mass. – Graduate student Jonathan Baker and freshman Bruno Teixeira scored goals for the JWU-Providence men's soccer team in a 2-1 road win at Anna Maria College Monday afternoon in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action at AMCat Field.

Graduate student Alexander Pane picked up an assist for the Wildcats (9-2-1), who ran their win streak to eight and improved to 8-1-0 in conference play. JWU outshot the AMCats 19-4 and held a 9-0 edge in corner kicks.

Baker scored the GWG 18:50 into the match before Teixeira doubled the lead less than 15 minutes later. The AMCats cut their deficit in half at 88:40 before the horn sounded.

Graduate student Jacob Friedman recorded his eighth win of the season for the Wildcats.
