NASHUA, N.H. – The Johnson & Wales (RI) University women's volleyball team was dealt a 3-0 loss by Rivier University Wednesday night in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action at Muldoon Gymnasium.
Juniors Sarah Miller and Peyton Oliver combined for 18 kills as the Wildcats (15-10, 9-2 GNAC) fell 25-23, 25-21, and 25-22. Graduate student Amanda Koch chipped in with five kills and three blocks while senior Emily Corbett collected 16 digs and sophomore Kyra Hissner handed out 20 assists.
JWU posted a hitting pct. of .122 compared to .170 for the Raiders (22-4, 11-0 GNAC).
