Fitness Programs

The goal of this department is to help students improve their overall wellness through a multidimensional approach including physical fitness, health education and recreational activities.  The University employs staff trained in exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, and athletic training.

The Fitness Center and the Harborside Recreation Center will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012.
