HOBOKEN, NJ – The fourth-ranked Johnson & Wales University women's volleyball team showed it can play well down the stretch, jump out to an early lead and come from behind Friday at Stevens. The Wildcats went on the road to down the Ducks, 3-0 (25-19, 25-16, 25-17).

The victory pushed the second-longest active winning streak in the country to 19 games.
Stevens pulled within 17-16 in the opening set, but JWU closed on an 8-3 run that was helped by three Duck errors. Johnson & Wales got out to a quick start in the second set and cruised to victory thanks to a .311 hitting percentage.
The Wildcats were down 13-8 in the third set, but a Hannah Dolan kill sparked a 10-1 JWU run.
Leading all players was middle blocker Kate Walker with 10 kills – her second double-digit kill performance in as many days. Maria Coniglio just missed another double-double with nine kills and 15 digs.
Setter Brylee Frank had 38 assists with five different players recording seven or more kills
The Wildcats are back at home next Friday to take on Roger Williams at 6 p.m.
